All guests have up to 90 days prior to wedding weekend to book room(s). This means you have up until October 15, 2025 to book under the room block. After that time, Hard Rock Punta Cana will automatically release all unbooked rooms back to the public, therefore you will lose the benefit of booking a 3-night minimum stay (as opposed to the traditional 5-night minimum) and you will lose the discounted room rates. Please make every attempt to book your rooms in a timely fashion, and again, reach out to Nick and Eshani if you have any questions/concerns!

With the exception of family suites, all Hard Rock Punta Cana rooms allot up to 3 adults and 1 child in the listed price per night. Any extra adults and teens (age 13-17) in a single room will be charged $100 per night. All children ages 0-12 are free! For example: If you are a family of 4 adults staying in the Caribbean Suite Double Bed & Sofa bed room, you can reserve this room at a cost of $553 + $100 = $653 per night. If your fourth person is under the age of 13, your cost will remain at $553 per night.

Long story short - JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING! By reserving a room at Hard Rock, you have unlimited access to the bars, restaurants, beaches, pools, water park, kids club, gaming lounge and more! The spa/salon, casino, golf course are also available to all of our guest however fees will apply to book services.

Payment for your booking will be charged in full between 10/15/2025 - 11/15/2025. Cancellations on or after 11/12/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty. Cancellations on or after 12/12/2025 will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Hard Rock Punta Cana has provided us with a room block that includes discounted room rates. Another added feature of the room block is a lower number of nights stay. If you opt to book on the Hard Rock website, you will be required to book a minimum of 5 nights. Our wedding guests will be allowed to book a 3-night minimum through the room block ONLY, saving you over $1000.00. We highly recommend that you book through the room block.

Let Nick or Eshani know! We have the ability to open more rooms or change a room selection request up until 90 days prior to the wedding. This is subject to room availability, so the sooner you let us know and request a room layout, the higher chance we'll be able to make the change and get your desired room for you!

All guests who attend the wedding and are not under a Hard Rock Punta Cana reservation will be subject to a day-pass to attend the wedding events, in the amount of $161.00 per person, per day. Additionally, these guests will not be allowed to stay at the resort after the conclusion of an event, therefore you will miss out on the chance to celebrate with your family and friends in the after-hours! Our wedding event coordinators and Hard Rock will be providing us a list of attendees who are not staying at Hard Rock Punta Cana and we will be charging guests who are not staying at Hard Rock as this is an expense that can get pretty costly. If you have any concerns about booking at Hard Rock, please reach out to Nick and Eshani so they can work to find a solution for you. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
